Campaign management helps companies segment, target, and manage their multichannel marketing campaigns. It involves four stages — planning, executing, tracking, and analyzing the marketing campaign.

Typically, campaign management is often centered around a product launch or an event. These campaigns get potential buyers thinking about a particular problem they face and how it can be solved using your product or service.

ii. Develop a Strategy

You need to develop a strategy that resonates with your target audience. Do thorough research on your audience — their interests, most used social media platforms, etc. This information helps you design and launch the most effective marketing campaigns.

iii. Create Your Marketing Collaterals

When you are developing the collateral, map the campaign from start to finish. It should include collaterals for every single customer touchpoint. These collaterals can be in the form of blog posts, brochures, TV ads, YouTube banners, etc.

iv. Distribute the Collaterals and Analyze

Once your collaterals are ready, distribute them and analyze the results. Have a clear method of collecting and measuring the performance by defining the right KPIs.

Based on those reports, make changes to your campaigns as required.
